Most of the .edu sites which have blogs keeps dofollow on so I just wrote a small tool .edu blog finder using which you can search for .edu blogs on any niche say health, finance etc.

So now you can easily search for .edu blogs for comments. In my free time, I will add more functionality to it but its work fine even now.

I am using simple google queries to refine results and unfortunately as far as I know, google don't have any query to give only dofollow blogs/pages hence I won't be able to add that feature, but i am sure majority of of .edu blogs are dofollow (unless wordpress). You can add following firefox addon to quickly find pages which have nofollow.

Even if it shows both dofollow and nofollow, its still a good tool. It can minimize the search. Thanks

I think he is using Google's Custom search to find blogs in .edu domains. That is not going to reveal dofollow alone. :) You can also create a custom search like that for all domains. ;)

Check http://www.google.com/help/operators.html for the way he is using google search to find those blogs. ;) He is using inurl: and site: along with the keyword you type. :)

    So use,
    yourkeyword +inurl:blog site:.ext
to find any blog in the extension you specify, for the keywords in your niche.

Anyway thanx for the tool created which makes the job easy for many!
