Global Meta description and keyword for every post

Is there a way to set a global meta description alongside keywords for every post? Thanks. +rep to anyone who can provide me an answer.

Edit: I'm using Wordpress, so maybe a plugin or a setting within a plugin?

I already have all in one SEO, Headspace and some other ones but I can't seem to configure that.

Why can't you configure the All in one SEO?

Right, unless I'm mis-understanding the question the All in one SEO Plugin handles what you're asking.

Yes, that Plugin handles all of the things he wants to manage very simply.

Hey OP, are you sure you have the latest issue of the Plugin?

Yes I dont think I'm using it right, as far as I know you have to manually configure the All In One Wordpress description individually for each post?

Yes, that is what you are asking to do. If you dont want to do that, simply open your header.php and add your META Tags and description manually. It will be added to all your pages but be careful not to override any of the code (if any).

When my posts are getting indexed since I have almost no content from video embed posts the meta description is absolute junk. Will editing the header fix this?

If you want to add ONE Meta description to the site, editing the header.php file will do the job. But if you want to customize the Meta description for every post you will need to do so with the plugin.
