I use all of the above.

I use Google Suggest, as well - not so much for keyword research, but for finding related keywords to include in my content. :)

Nichebot is a very helpful tool to get more concrete numbers (the "ratio" column is quite nice).

I recently started Adwords and found that the keyword selector is very useful.
the data that your ad campaign provides can be very helpful

    haha :D
    It was shameful self promotion.
But none of you posted that you use nichewatch and it hurt me.
Because i think its best tool for researching keywords and grabbing real data about the difficulty of competition.

A little shameful self-promotion never hurt anyone - and, based on the replies, I'd say it worked. ;)

Well if the keyword selector was bad then it could have been a self promotion

But it was good so I consider it as a good advice from you.

    Thanks.

i get some weird results with nichewatch. i love the tool and its awesome that it goes into so much detail, but often the backlink amounts it reports are double what show up if you do a backlink check manually in yahoo.
