    I am selling this site as i am too busy with other projects to promote it properly.
    I have not monetized it, it get just over 100 uniques a month and thats without promo

    I have resell rights for the suit of 27 SEO and Webmaster tools, they would normally cost you over $80

    The scripts are very SEO friendly, just take a look at my other site using the same scripts www.whoistoolbox.com check out the PR of the internal tools, PR3,4 etc

    I do not have MRR, if you read the post you will see i have reseller right only, this enables me to sell this site complete with the scripts while still retaining the scripts on my own site as above, this does not come with reseller rights.
    If you purchase the scripts from the creator at $80 that does not include resell right, I paid $300 for resell rights.

    This is a quality set of scripts that are there to be tried, you can see how SE friendly they are from the internal PR on the tools

    Not the the garbage you are trying to sell in your signature, hence your post!!!

    The winner of the auction will also see that these scripts are $80 or more as the creators details and website are in the script, the creator also sells the scripts on here.
