A guide?
Well, for starters, create 1 group either at yahoo or google.
Then, using the subscription box, put it on all of your proxies.
If you think you can manage more than 1, then go on create more.

Each group has the option for you to post new message by sending an email to the group, so, maybe if you got a new proxy on your listing site, make a script that will automatically post them to the group.
Hmm...wish I could sell my script but that's not going to happen soon.

groups are great to promote your proxies, but I suggest you to make it close registration.

Cool sounds good. I will try to start one. Is putting proxy in the name a bad idea or does it not really matter?

 

Truthfully, come up with a good name for your group. Something related to proxies but nice.
Don't think about whether or not the name will be blocked by webfilters as most internet group are being blocked. (this came from experience)
If you have listing site, perhaps you should use the same name as that site just to make it "official group" type.

 

Anyone here good with PHP that is using proxylistscript? I have a problem and cant get the owner of the script to reply to my messages using his site. So I am hoping someone else who has a legal copy can help me.

I asked sourcer before, asking to buy his site if not the script alone, but failed to make a deal because he don't want to sell at that time. Now, I think I saw somewhere doesh is for sale..maybe has been sold.

 

I recommend CloakHost. I am using them for a long time and it's been good.

 

Aquarezz now offers "proxy hosting", might be worth trying i dont know

tech entrance is the best for one reason, they ( he ) will not block your account for too much CPU or Ram usage, it's expensive but the quality always costs money.

 

hmm..today i receive 1400 impressions but no clicks...anyone face same problem?

 

it happens btw is it adsense or any other ads you are telling

 

adsense..i wonder because with 1400 impression i get at last 1-3$...but today..hmm zero clicks..and of course..zero earnings.

 

adsense is fluctuating especially for proxies from a month we cant hope much until economy fits back

I guess it's different for everyone... unless it's that time of the year when the traffic all dies...

I have been trying to fill up the spare capacity on my dedicated server lately and am offering free proxy hosting for all digital point members. You will be hosted on an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 4GB Ram and it has been optimized for web proxy use. There is an excellent rate of uptime and I host some of my own websites on the server so it has to stay up! I can offer quite flexible plans to grow with your proxy. Glype is the preferred proxy script although if you are using a more efficient script/setup even better!

In return I request you add a centered 468x60 iframe adcode to your proxied pages, beneath and outside of the URL box area. It is 4 lines long and shouldent add too much overhead to the pageloads. You can place whatever ads you like on the homepage but only my 468x60 ad is allowed on proxied pages.

something is really wrong with my Templates
any ideas , what to use as a proxy theme ?
i cant use Glype at the moment cause my host doesnt have PHP5 installed
