    Everywhere, man. Here perhaps. Just ask, trust me, they"ll be all over you like bees over honey. And they're good, too. I actually first came here with the same question, had 20 PM's in my inbox the next time I checked the site. However soon I realized I couldn't quite meet the funds needed for what I needed so now I'm struggling trying to learn everything on my own lol. At first I underestimated the standard rates.
    Anyway, good luck. Here is a pretty good place. Then again, google is also your friend.

    post what you needin the bts section and you will get quotes ;)

    but always keep in mind teh lower the quote the lower the quality of what you will get as a result. So you need to find a good mix between price an quality

    DP is the Best place, but always remember that dont ever run behind those cheap prices.
    Quality matters when it comes to design. Never compromise with design on cheap rates. IMO
