    It looks great, and obviously, it's working for you. The only thing I recommend is making the below words larger and in bold:

    The "Terms of Use" is the most important, but I think the whole line up should be in bold like you have it here --> | Home | Post Classified Ads | Account Sign in | Free Account Sign up | Forgot Password |

    With a site like this one, where obviously you have a lot going on, it may be a good idea to invest in some "news portal, directory" design. It's a tough one I admit, and will not be easy to make it as legible as it is right now, but I would try. I like the feeling of air and space on it, yet it feels slightly unstructured, especially on the left. Maybe, that's where your design efforts should fall mainly, so it's more organized there. My two cents.

    I would agree that the left column looks slightly untidy - and I wouldn't bother having a "Forgot Password" link on the home page, as you've got it on the login page anyway. The top looks slightly squashed too - could do with a line break below the date. Generally though - it does the job nicely, and visitors can see and get to where they want very easily and quickly.

    Their is a lot of white space, maybe some stronger borders and a little something more in the header.
