All Rights Reserved | Terms of Use | Privacy Policy| Questions & Add City/State Here The "Terms of Use" is the most important, but I think the whole line up should be in bold like you have it here --> | Home | Post Classified Ads | Account Sign in | Free Account Sign up | Forgot Password | Please tell me I'm making sense.
With a site like this one, where obviously you have a lot going on, it may be a good idea to invest in some "news portal, directory" design. It's a tough one I admit, and will not be easy to make it as legible as it is right now, but I would try. I like the feeling of air and space on it, yet it feels slightly unstructured, especially on the left. Maybe, that's where your design efforts should fall mainly, so it's more organized there. My two cents.
I would agree that the left column looks slightly untidy - and I wouldn't bother having a "Forgot Password" link on the home page, as you've got it on the login page anyway. The top looks slightly squashed too - could do with a line break below the date. Their is a lot of white space, maybe some stronger borders and a little something more in the header.
