Definately Dreamweaver although I know a lot of people are using expression web now. I'm not sure whether I would want to use that, mainly because of how I hated Frontpage. But that's just my opinion ;)

Why spend thousands on Adobe when this powerful duo is available at no cost? Truly the mark of an intelligent, if not frugal, designer.

I have been using NetObjects ever since version 1.0, now it's up to version 11.0. I think it is a great program and easy to use.

XSitePro - if you are wanting to make sites to get traffic and GET
MONEY it's a good choice. If you want pretty sites with eye-candy
appeal get Dreamweaver and spend a lot of time learning it. XSP
is fast to learn and builds sites fast.
