WordPress help - on posting on separate pages

    I want to post on my blog but i dont want the post to come up on the main page just the different pages etc?

    I am probably being dumb but i have not got a clue how to do this:

    blog is in my sig www.proxy.biz

    so say i post, i just want it to be posted into the news page :)

    You cannot do that... 1 page can have one post/article.
