You don't have too many ads on the page, but placement isn't so great. The big square ad and the bottom will serve no purpose.It's not appealing and will likely get no clicks. Much of the side bar goes wastes and the site theme isn't memorable. The text wrap on the images was done poorly. Either resize the images or put the text in a different spot. Try getting a theme with a sidebar on the right as they perform better than left sidebars. You have a nice logo, keep that. Get a new favicon, that one's overused.
