Hi everybody, one week ago i started out with www.gilek.com , a site that provide free glitter graphics sources for social networking. How do you like the design? It is pink at the moment i am writing this. And wat do you think about the URL ? That is 5 letter domain. How is my SEO? So far it is not yet indexed in google.com, i google the keyword "gilek.com", my site is not in. do you think the url format "?page=2&img=cool" is better ? Please give me some feedback ya.. thank you so much !!
The layout looks alright though you might wanna lessen your ads, there's just too many. Also, you banner seems too small.
The domain is bad for SEO since it says nothing in the title about glitter myspace graphics. It doesn't have to be glittermyspacegraphics.com but gilek is not good. Since it's not in the search engines and I can't really talk about SEO too much. However, I can say with almost no content (text-wise) and no alt text on your images, your site won't do good in SEO. Your theme hurts my eyes and the site is loads very slowly. The header is lacking and there are grammatical errors around the site. Also, at the bottom of your page you link to Google, why?
hard bashing coming in. good name for brand-building. sure not top seo name, but girls will remember it. in my language it means like "lick pussy". i like the hover buttons, nice pink. the target-group will never notice... a link to google can work wonders. from my state whats missing... more code-options to implement your glitter graphics also in BB-code forums. most kiddies nowadays hangout on netlog or facebook, maybe get something done for these as well. the myspace generation is almost getting 25 by now...
I would redesign the header to incorporate the whole "glitter" theme better. Your header is the first thing a visitor sees. Also, I don't like being hit with the link ads right away at the top, before the content... how about incorporating them among the graphic selection? Otherwise, it looks cool... best of success.
i think its a good design, the boxes with the code in it will be good linkbait. Perhaps mix up some of the code anchor text from 'pink glitter graphics' to other phrases you want to rank for also. As for the domain I think its good from a branding point of view, don't worry that it doesnt have any of your keywords in it - many of the biggest brands are just cool sounding made up words
Yes take off some adds and I think it will look good. I think that is a pretty cool idea for a website!
