I received your PM listing the domain. I sent you a reply with this question but haven't heard back from you.

I checked the PR5 website and since it's an active site, I've tried finding keywords that Google will list it for. I wasn't able to find anything. In fact, I tried the text that was in the Header and Title EXACTLY and it didn't show up in the first 15 pages of Google!

Can you please give me any information that will show that this PR5 domain will list under ANY keywords? Otherwise, it's probably not even a PR2. I'm a veteran SEO and can usually tell pretty quickly the approximate PR of a site. This one is probably PR1 or banned.

I'll be glad to repost in this thread if you can reply with any info contrary.

i don't think so that it'll lose it's pagerank or banned

it's 9 years old and it's pagerank value on google is permanent

it's a company site and doesn't need to shown up in the first 15 pages of Google

 

But if something has a PR5 (or even a PR2) it would have shown up for SOMETHING. The whole reason someone is buying a domain with PR is to get listed in Google SERPs. I am trying to find out if it will do that. If it doesn't, it doesn't have much or any Pagerank, and therefore, a link from it would also be useless. The only exception would be if it were blacklisted.

Does it list for ANY keywords???

PageRank is lost the instant it is detected by Google (obviously) but the PR info is updated only every 3 months or so.

Based on the previous PMs that I received from you, you weren't able to list ANY keywords that it listed for, even though it's a functioning site that lists as PR5. You then told me that it lists as number one in Google but you weren't able to ever give me a keyword.

Afterward, you demanded that I remove my post (the honest post) and then called me basically a fraud for asking a reasonable question....

I feel extremely confident that the reason your price went from $999 to $500 to what it is now, $175 is because anyone with about 1 month of SEO experience can tell the good links it HAD are probably gone. It's probably about a PR1, maybe PR2.

Act like that again, and I'll continue to keep an eye on your domains IN POST and offer basic appraisals. I'm not the guy to scam. Thanks.

Again, all I need to know is WHAT KEYWORD does this amazing PR5 site list for? I tried the exact wording in the title and header, and NOTHING in the first 150. There were PR1's that were WAY higher.

i have more than 5 pr5 domain and $175 one is 1 year old, this is 9 years old. and i want $500 for only domain, you say that i'm serious than i said you how much can you give for only domain because you're seo expert, aren't you. what's your age 8 or less?if you can't discuss like man, go from there. please somebody ban this person from digitalpoint.

mccoy, if your 9-year-old PR5 site doesn't rank for anything remotely competitive, not even its own page title, you're ripping someone off. you are the one who should be banned.

 

hey i didn't save anything, i said that i only sell domain name and theme, i don't sell it for revunue or visitors. i sell it for it's 9 years old and pr5. i said this before. i don't think to ripping someone off. only domain name is more than $500. and you can sell links from this site and you can earn more than $500 in a week.

I was interested when i saw the title of the thread alone. I was expecting the BIN price would be much higher since it's a PR5 AND a 9 year-old domain.

I thought 'what's the catch?', and when i read the whole thread i understand. seoceo does have a very good point.

Even if you didn't say the site is listed at first page of google serp's, anyone would expect so since it's a pr5. You said your just selling the domain/site for its "pr5" and its "9 years of age". If so, someone buying the domain for its "pr5" would expect very good listing on google as what pr5 sites would normally do. Simple as that.
