Snack of the day... mixed nuts 990 calories 81g fat 13.5g saturated fat 30g carbs Guess I should have read the back of the little bag before buying damn nuts!
Good luck! I have been trying to loose weight for about 2 years now but whatever I do I can't seem to go back to my weight level as before.
Glad I dont have to diet as for one I dont have a clue what all that means and secondly i LOVE my food!
With nuts though its likely to be good fat. But yeah there calorie dense food but a healthy snack none the less. The key is replacing all food with health food and then you dont have to miss meals etc which is just a stupid way. Being healthy is a lifestyle.
powerlifer, this thread was meant to be hilarious, I do have a healthy lifestyle/diet/exercise/workout but I am just in shock of how filled with calories they are. I know they're good and all, but not heavily - saw some fat family on TV that had big sacks of peanuts - - lol. Not my thing, I'll stick to tuna, banana chips, yogurt, cottage cheese - yum!
everytime when i want to eat something i will persuade myself that i will be on diet after this meal, thus i am still overweight now
I'm on the Sea Food Diet -- when I see food I eat it I bout me a bunch of those South Beech frozen dinners the other day -- they only contain about 350 or so calaries. So I supplement them with a can of V8 juice and a salad. Don't know how long this diet will last, but its worth a try.
One thing that is needed when you lose weight is discipline. Because you need to eat right, and exercise right. Before, I weigh almost 200 pounds. But now, I weigh 140+ pounds.
I am on serious dieting too for the past one week.... Let me see if i can slim by a couple of inches at least in the next two weeks....
See weight loss is a slow process. You can very control to eat homemade foods and avoid fast foods,Try to eat fruits and green vegetables,do exercise in everyday- that is the good way to lose weight, then you can make a very healthy body.
People undergoing crash course in weight loss tend to be overweight soon after completing the course and gain that extra inch around the belly. What is required is self control and choosing the right food and you have to follow the regimen for the rest of your life to be successful in dieting. It may be slow but steady route to a healthy living.
