Sueing Coca Cola for having extremely adverse health effect

I have noticed that using coca cola during computer time has been very bad for me. I think we should make a class action law suit and that they should be forced to place a health warning on their bottles like cigarettes. They ruin your teeth, bones, skin, muscle tissue, nervous system, digestive track and in general create many types of cancer.

 

Maybe, but it’s very tasty.
Lots of different types of food have health risks.
Maybe we should ban food.

Coca cola is not even classified as food, it's a an addictive chemical. Read the liot of ingredients, it's full of dangerous chemicals.

I know soft drinks are bad, i'm avoiding them. I'm starting to dislike their smell. It's the first step to avoiding them. lol

 

We already have so many lawsuits filed each and every single day....

Why do you want to increase the burden on the already stressed judicial system.

Well people should be made aware of the health risks involved. It's not just a matter of taste, it has to do with national health care.

 

Seconded... but you shouldn't have been so truthfully blunt

 

Most of the soft drinks have their own health risks. But the big companies mask all these bad effects through effective and glamorous advertisement and tempt the people especially, the teens to drink. Once you are addicted to it, it would be very difficult to get rid of it. But suing a giant like coke is not an easy task. If you are more concerned about your health, shy away from it and stay healthy.

 

what about mcdonalds, burger king, twinkles, orieos, m&m's, lays potato chips, any potato chips, Snickers, those doughnuts with the little sprinkles on top, and many more?

Their are tons of unhealthy foods out their that we can file law suits about, but if we did that for every unhealthy food out their, instead of arresting murderers, judges would be debating weather the bigmac is less healthy than the double cheese burger all day.

So instead, let humans be the smart creatures they are, and let them make their own decisions. People know whats healthy and whats not. we don't have to go slapping warning stickers on every milkshake we see for them.

 

My fiance has spent over $2000 repairing the damage Coke has done to his teeth.

 

It will never happen. Too many people love it and too much money is being made by shareholders.

 

Stay away from soda, especially the ingredient: High Fructose Corn Syrup.

That ingredient has been banned in Mexico and leads to Diabetes and some types of cancer.

 

It's quite simple, boycott coca cola in favor of Pepsi. If everyone did this, you wouldn't have to worry about the adverse effects of coca cola. But then of course, i'm sure Pepsi is extemly healthy for you. Lol, just kidding.

I'm not sure what a good plan of action is but to just keep away from the stuff.

 

I dont think you can sue them for their effects.

After people trying to sue mcdonalds for the same, I think G w. bush came up with a law saying you cannot sue these companies, for their health effects, as it is purely your choice

 

Coca Cola is not healthy, that's for sure. But it feels so good...

 

I think that if you continue publicly alleging that Coke causes "many types of cancer", you won't have to worry too much about how to get the company into court: you'll meet soon enough, because they'll be coming after you very quickly indeed.

 

Jeepers, if Coke causes so many types of cancer I wonder why I haven't seen it on the news.
