    I know plimus.com is free for account setup. transaction fees are much higher, also they don't accept paypal, do they? I need some solution cheaper than 2CO. setup fee is ok. Does anybody know?

    MoneyBooker is very cheap, but i suggest you to use 2CO.com if you don't have any other options.
