I think u can have paypal debit card if u r from US.

 

I think you can use payoneer debit card.

 

what is this payoneer debit card? can we apply it online. what is the bank that gives you the card?

I'm note USA resident ,

I've used Payoneer Debit Card , its exellent way , for worldwide customers ,

But now they limit Private load using an other credit card !

here I can't wait for affiliate to pay me , but I need to found it every time , but now we can't found it using "Load Money" Option ;

Please give us an other Debit Card provider , or virtual card provider (and it it accept paypal by paypal or credit card)

yes you can use it for shopping online (maybe exept gambling websites for some gifts or debits card provider)

you can add it to paypal , adwords ....

but the inconvenience of some gift cards , they can't be reloadable !

No it is not a blog, it just uses wordpress for ease of maintenance, but if I understand you question well, YES, ipayoneer is not an official site of Payoneer, it is a site I have developed to inform people about the Payoneer cards.

Yea www-card.com is good in all way, but it can be annoying for you as they suspended card if they feel that transaction is fraudulent. Sometime they suspend genuine transaction

 

Hi, I'm not from the US but I have been working online and I have been using peyoneer debit card. It is more convenient than PP or AP. I can withdraw from any ATM that accepts Mastercard, plus the fees compared to other payment methods are cheaper. you can check out their page.

I think most of the institutions are providing debit card facility these days. Only problem is, it might not get you verified for paypal. Try to check with the provider whether their debit card can get your paypal verified or not.
