[WTB] Sites worth upto $15,000. Cash waiting.

I've got up to $15K to spend on a site or sites. I'm looking for sites that meet the following requirements

- At least two years old and profitable the entire time
- Earning a net amount of $500 per month (minimum)
- With static pages, no database involved
- no forums or blogs, no content that requires frequent updating

Based on PMs I've been receiving let me reiterate: The sites do need to be a minimum of two years old.

Also, current owners of the site need to be able to read my previous posts.

 

I think you have too much of a criteria.

 

I also have too much of a budget.

What kind of net monthly income multiplier are you talking about, decent sites with good history that match your criteria are going to cost.

For example I have one site which last month brought in:
Adsense $534
Links sales $60

Website/domain: Ten years old
PR6 + internal PR6 pages

It would take your full $15k for me to sell it though.
You may only be looking for 8-12x monthly income though and would therefore be looking for people more desperate for the cash.

 

No, I'm not looking for someone desperate for cash, I'm looking for someone who wants to do a fair deal.

Sites sell from six months' to about twelve months' income. I'd pay 18 months' income for a good site.

If your bottom figure is 25 months' income, as in the above case, then I'm not your man. (I recall you listing one of your tatoo sites in SP some while ago)
