usually when an affiliate does this much bitching, there's fraud involved. the network won't pay out if they are getting frauded by the affiliate. just my 2 cents

IT DOESNT MATTTER THAT YOUR SUPPLIER DIDNT PAY YOU !

HE DID HIS WORK AND BROUGHT THE TRAFFIC

IT IS AFFILIACE or whatever JOB TO PAY OUT AND TAKE IT UP WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE !

AFFILIACE JUST PAY THE MAN YOU ARE MAKING YOURSELF LOOK BAD BY NOT PAYING HIM BECAUSE THE OTHER PEOPLE WILL NOT PAY YOU FOR WHAT EVER REASON !

At the risk of repreating myself, we are awaiting the fraud reports from our client (another well known US CPA network). They have assured me that it will be with me soon but they have to go through and assess the leads so it can take a little time.

So, once again, if we receive proof of fraud, he will not get paid (obviously). However, if we do not receive sufficient proof, he WILL get paid (even though he has bought this to a public forum and thrown libel accusations around).

Are you suggesting that people who indulge in fraud against advertisers should be rewarded?

(And I am not saying that the affiliate in this case has done so.... we are simply investigating it).

I'm going to have to agree with Affiliace on this one, especially with the extremely poor judgement that the original poster has shown. It's simple, if Affiliace dont get paid then the publisher doesnt get paid. Unless you're pulling in tens of thousands a month, I see no reason that they should take that $300 out of their own pocket. Sure, I'd be annoyed that I was $300 down but trying to smear an otherwise good affiliate network is not fair. The original poster just turned to a rambling, bitter and angry attitude which will never get anything resolved.

It is always difficult to dealing with fraud of any type and I think Affiliace have kept you up to date as much as possible. They do however need to work on a slightly better system from getting money from advertisers and making sure it is valid before reporting it to the publisher.

Well, SCAM or not from their part, their support surely sucks. There is only ONE email to contact this people and no way to get a hold on them in AIM.

I am still waiting for my september leads payment. They call themselves a NET30 network. So my payment shoul've been in by October 30th. Just like serious networks do it: Maxbounty, XY7, NeverBlue, just to name a few that I work with.

However, I email them after being patient on Sept 3rd and I haven't even gotten a "we got your email" response.

I feel totally ignored and that is one of the worst things a network can do.

Since there is no way to get in touch (I'm not spending my money to call their phone on england, from where I live it costs a fortune) I decided to Google for USA offices. None. But I found this thread.

No wonder why Mr. Bird doesn't reply emails. He is defending his network on the forums.

    I WANT AN ANSWER IMMEDIATELY.

    My user? CD5227

Hope I can get some attention now...

    Thanks

I have been through emails and have found nothing, so apologies for the lack of any reply.

However, I have looked at your account and noticed that we tried to call you to verify payment without success. I have, however, asked accounts to pay your account today.

    Anybody else not been paid?

Oh, and there are no US offices as we are in the UK...

Let me know if you want me to give you a call to discuss.

I must say that I got the payment 5 minutes ago.

I PM'ed you with my phone number in the USA. Of course I would like to talk to you in order to keep working with your network.

Thanks for the quick and promt response.

    Hi Zwitterion,

Yes, but currently only to affiliates who generate $1000+ per week.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Thanks.

First of all choose the affiliate network which has quite good repute in the market.
    I have heard affiliace.com first time :) . . . . . . .

Affiliace.com is not scamming anyone. R-ampage is just on a rampage trying to get an extra 300 bucks for nothing...

All the people who think that affiliate networks need to pay out even if they don't get paid are simply idiots. You're saying people who scam and fill out crap leads themselves should be paid which just isn't true or logical in any sense.
