    well i generally dont prefer to ask the questions at GC.
    but i m much excited to know what people eat in other countries.

    well i m from india so here people eat roti(bread of wheat), rice, vegetables, few other grains and non-veg.

    so wht you guys eat in lunch & dinner generally.(in routine practice)
    Please mention your country as well. So, i can understand in which country people eat wht

    I'm from Philippines and here bread is only just for breakfast and sometimes for snacks. Rice will never get lost in the table of the Filipino People, We are taking Rice and some Dishes in our table every day its like a tradition so we can never take it out.

    in the morning we have some cake ,pie or noodle ,or snack in the street .

    lunch ,we taking Rice and some Dishes in our table every day ,same with up one.

    dinner other meal ,different ....
