Alright some of you may know about this because I had posted this subject earlier to see what people had said. I have taken everything into the consideration and now made this ready. www.Onedollarperletter.com Basically you get listed in the notebook for one dollar per letter. So let say you have a website called abc.com then for you to get listed in this book it will cost you $7. I have 100 pages in book, and once it gets full I will post/print the companies/words/website names on my car(s)(if one car is not enough). so it will look like a sponser car. To get started I am offering the first 2 pages in the book for free on first come first basis. So if you want to get listed shoot me an email to or list your company website here. Let me know guys. I think this is a gread and different idea. The concept is like a print magazine where people pay $$$$ to be in, but this is book is just online availble to a bigger market, you company/website will not be limited to a certain area since it will be online.
Jenna, Yes in a way you can call it that, but I think companies/websites will get their 5-10 worth because not will they only get listed in the book but also get printed as a "sponsor" on my car. I don't completely understand. Is the ad on the website or your car? You should have an example set up.

Dr pep, The link ad will be in the book, but once the book gets full I will print the word/website names on my car. Hope this clarifies it.
To be honest, sorry to say, but I can't see the idea kicking off in any big way. The text links are really small, and you can't find text on the page, so, let's say you have around 100 ads per page, how am I meant to find anything I want? I'll have to manually go through and read every ad. Sorry to say this, and I do wish you the best of luck
Thankd gallito and kiteguy123 The idea behind it is ofcourse advertising but most importantly to make one kind of a book which will make history. You know like the book "Da Vinchi Code" I want this book to be popular so it will be an honor for people to get listed in it. I agree with you as far as link goes, but the whole point is to be in this book because it will be the first and one of a kind with only links/company names/websites in it. Does this make sense. Also if somebody else wants to get listed please let me know since I am offering the first couple of pages for free. The reason I am charging a dollar per letter is because later I only want people to get listed if they understand the concept, and if I was to offer this service for free it would not have any value to it. Don't get me wrong, but, it won't be as big as a novel. If you think about it, this is basically a book full of adverts, and, as much as I hate to criticise others' ideas, people wont want to buy that, or even read it. How do you intend to get people to actually read the book and look at the ads? Sorry, I'm really not meaning to be offensive, just giving you some questions to ask yourself to improve the idea
Kiteguy123, I really appreciate the input and I am always open for suggestion. I really like the people here and that is why I chose to share with you guys first before going "public". So don't worry I am not the type of guy who gets offended easily. It may not be a popular novel but it will definitely be a time capsule thing, because no body has done it in a way that I have or at least I chose to think that. My goal is to make it a memory so lets say when people in 5 years come to this site because it became history today it will be funny to see how there were ideas implemented today for people to advertise or how businesses were. You know like a time capsule thing.
Yeah, I see the idea behind the project, but I just think the execution of the idea leaves something to be desired, because I can't see how you're going to get people to actually look at the book, and, if you can't get people to look at the book, then no one will pay for their link to be in it.
well they get listed in the book and on a vehicle that drives around in Dallas MetroPlex area for less than $15 max. I personally would do it beauce I would have nothing to loose except the $15 or less. This is one of those thing where if you believe it can be a hit you pay the dollar per letter but if not then its okay too.
Yes, but I think you're missing my point. How are you going to get people to actually read the book? I know that I wouldn't go through a book of adverts, especially if I can't even use the 'Find' function on my browser to find what I'm looking for. So, how are you going to get people toread the book?
