    i would say laptop, buy a laptop, run some online business, earn some good money, then start to chase for your cellphone or PSP

    I would do what someone above suggested and get the laptop, then use it to make money for the PSP and which ever cellphone you prefer.

    I would prefer Laptop because you can do a lot of thins there and if you want a cellphone there are available device out there in the market that can enable your Computer to text via PC or laptop it is a device where you can insert your simcard so that you don't need a cellphone instead.
