PSP is cool too, just laptop you can have more fun with cause you can get all the older games for it

 

I would do what someone above suggested and get the laptop, then use it to make money for the PSP and which ever cellphone you prefer.

 

you go and get a laptop.. you can do almost everything with it and you can also use it for some online business..

 

look if it's for entertainment then fetch ur self a psp.

A Laptop's way way more useful than a PSP though I gotta admit it that the PSP is a one cool gadget.

 

I would prefer Laptop because you can do a lot of thins there and if you want a cellphone there are available device out there in the market that can enable your Computer to text via PC or laptop it is a device where you can insert your simcard so that you don't need a cellphone instead.
