You have good blog. You could use your blog in individual site or you can contact to someone who can give you facility to write in individual site then you can earn good amount from your blog.

Hate to throw a spanner in the works here, just 1 thing I want to add my 2c on this. Your into SEO and you seem to be putting some good effort into this blog. Why not put it on your own domain? If your going to SEO this blog, then you will probably invest some serious effort in link building for it, etc. All this could be contributing to building authority on your own domain. Sure, on this platform, your subdomain will inherit some of the existing authority and will get organic SE traffic quicker, but if it were to really take off, you won't own it at the end of the day.

Maybe this is just my biases coming in here, but I think its a shame not to own the domain when you seem to be treating this as a more serious blog rather than a quick attempt to take some SERPs and monetize some quick traffic.

Just my 2c, but I think it looks like a great blog.
