[WTS] Awsome Financial Blog with Great Potential and Unique Content

I'm interested in selling my blog. It's around a month old and a lot of work has gone into it, unfortunately I need to invest my time in other projects. Here are some stats for the site which runs on wordpress:

• Domain: studentcashflow.co.uk
• Professional Header Design
• 25 Unique and Informative posts of the highest quality
• Over 1,500 UV (approx 3 weeks)
• Over 2,500 pageviews (approx 3 weeks)
• Large amount of backlinks - 1,188

I have a 3 year hosting plan with the domain, so I will pass this on to the new owner for free if required.

Why would you want this site?
I've never really focused on making money with this site, only just integrated adsense and the earnings is quite small, maybe someone with more experience could fully utilize this blog's potential.
It's also a great niche with so many students and so many of the facing huge financial pressure.

How much do I want for this site?
