    I will be selling homeyogafitness.com ... i know it's not male oriented, but with new years just around the corner, any type of "fitness" site can do well....

    I am not 100% completed with it.... The logo is being redone... an ebook will be added to be able to be sold (with sales page that matched site)... and a few more articles need to be written.

    Content - Unique content.... I am not fulling at selling point....

    Originality - Content is original, and design is not.

    Revenue - Brand new.... no revenue.... Has spots for adsense, affiliate banners, and I will be including a yoga ebook that you can sell for whatever you want and keep 100% of sales.

    Asking Price - $300.

    May not be what you want... but i figure it's worth a shot.

    Revenue- Tends to make a $1 a day, some days more, some days less, but I am seeing more growth in revenue.
    Asking Price- I dont want to sell it, it was my very first website, but I am in need of the money badly, and right now my asking price would be $400, but I can negotiate. (The price is really based on how much time I put into it, and not the revenue, but I think its only going to go up from here on)

    I have a site you may be interested in, it's in a great niche with over 1,500 UV's last 3 weeks and over 2,500 pagviews and also 1,188 backlinks. I can also thrown in free hosting for a couple of years which has already been paid for.

    Content - 100% unique, informative and of the highest quality created by myself targeting the student finance niche.

    Originality - Professionally designed header and all the content is 100% unique.

    Revenue - Very little, I only integrated adsense the other day and know very little about it but maybe you could work better with it or other revenue streams.
