Stop telling friends to click your ads, write quality content and submit to social sites. That will get you started. However, it sounds like your account will probably be banned pretty quickly.

there is no way to stop adsense ban you if adsense want to ban you and if you get banned, it will be life time ban

You must not tell your friends to click on the adds. IT is clearly mentioned in Adsense TOS. Read the Terms and conditions here. And 50cents is nothing. Here on dp we have seen threads by people who make lot lot more in an hour. So my friend you must not use such kind of techniques to earn.
If you will request your friends to click ads, you will soon get banned from AdSense. Its better to make clicks the ethical way or you will never reach the payout as Google is smart enough to detect fraud clicks. Try to regularly update your blog and do some SEO work. You will earn money with time.
To answer your question, making 50 cents a day from your blog by having your friends click your ads is terrible + it is against the rules. If you can't make any money off adsense naturally then optimize and try to get more traffic. Don't try to cheat the system. And by posting your sites url's and that you do cheat you are sure to get banned from adsense (or at least hopefully you will get banned).
