If it is just a case of removing his email from your account, you can do so under the 'account tab'.
If he has indeed taken money out of your account, and paid it to himself, the best thing you can do is to notify Paypal- and see if they can do anything about it.

He knows your credit card and bank no also, because paypal ask to enter credit card info before making any other email as primary email.

I guess, you guys are missing something, the OP wants to say that, some one has got OP's www.paypopup.com account access & changed the Payout email to his own PayPal email so the payout went to the miscreant's PayPal instead of OP's PayPal.

Well, Vinay, the only thing you can do in this case is first change your paypopup account password & security questions if it is there, then contact paypopup customer care & let them know the situation. If they do the payment by mass pay via PayPal, it would be even difficult for them to get your paid payment back, because the sender can't open a dispute when they pay by mass payment, but of course they may contact PayPal & solve the problem. So you should contact their customer support. Also check your system, may be you have some key logger kinda stuff & that's how the miscreant has got your account access.
