How do we know everything on here isn't a scam?

I am writing this post and I think I am speaking for everyone when I say this,
but how do we know that everything in here isn't a scam?

I just spent $95.00 over at

    http://www.yourmaindomain.com/details.asp?ID=mrgreedy.net

to find that the site I purchased (mrgreedy.net) doesn't even have a page rank. (My fault here! I made a noob mistake.)

Who knows whether or not I will get my money back. I am doing the PayPal
    dispute
right now. Does anyone know if that's always successful in getting
    buyer's money back?

In the end, all I am saying is this. If I spend $250 - $300 dollars on a PR of 5

How do I know that the person I am buying it from isn't faking the page rank?

How do I know that the person I am buying it from will give me the domain?

iTrader Means nothing now because of hacked accounts. So what gives?

Is there any way of knowing so we don't get scammed?

Dude. I'm not trying to cause problems. Just trying to save people money.
This is the last thread I am creating. My apologies.. I would just hate to
see people lose money for nothing and I am trying to figure out how to know
whether or not things are legitimate.

There is no way to know for sure but if you do your research, there should be no problems. It looks like the previous owner did not redirect without www to www. The www version seems to have a legit PR4. however, chances is, it was drop and you will lose all PR with the new update.
