In a legal situation I think MegaVideo.com or the site hosting the video is much more liable than his site dude. That's like saying Google is illegal because you can search and find this kind of content. How do you think people make money from CPALead and Zango...if these sites didn't exist no one would complete the survey. The reason why people do is because they just want to see the new episode of such and such show.

The video hosting sites are actively trying to remove copyrighted material not advertise it. Im not bothered i have hundreds of streaming sites but i know how easily they can be closed down.
