I was getting about 30 visitors from google everyday. I changed the Geo target in google webmaster tools to the uk, I stopped getting hits from google so I changed it back, its been 4 days and I still havent had 1 visitor from google. Does anyone know why?

GEO Targeting is only useful if you want to only be found by people in one region of the world. Like your local hair salon or something like that. Or if you only want to be found in a certain country. That way when someone is looking in google maps for your region and types hair salon it will bring you up or something like that. Or if you only want to be listed in google.co.uk. All in all it's not worth the time or risk of doing as obviously some people are finding out.

I'd give it a week or so, it should pick up again.
Are your pages still indexed in Google?

Google is confused after your actions. Wait for a week or two and keep publishing fresh content.
I'm sure you will get your positions back.

Yup, give it some time, everything that has to do with search engines is usually quite slow ...

Besides, did you have any problems with your hosting? Google cut my visitors from 5'000 a day to 300 a day because my server had some serious issues for 5 days in a row (an hour of downtime per day or so). You might want to check this out.
