Is it better to sell my site with 500 EA's & 30 pages or 100 EA's & 100 pages?

New to this particular forum,

I just have some general queries on going about selling my site.

I currently have about 500 Ezine Articles up on a 30 page Weight Loss Website.

It's targetted towards weight loss pills/programs/diets.

My questions are:

1. I've done some research and it appears that with over 1000 EA's up on a 100 page site would sell for alot more than double what I could potentially get.

2. I've never sold a site before, but what sort of price should I be looking at, for both my current site or potentially improving it to 100 pages + 1000 EA's?

3. One problem I have is that about 100 articles are product related - i.e proactol, alli, etc. Would this hinder my sale price?

4. I'm listed on google/msn's front page of 5 of the 30 pages, relating to relatively lively keywords - is that good with relation to big buyers?

5. Surpisingly enough, considering the amount of EA's + directories + link to us pages I'm with I'm averaging only about 500 hits a day.

Basically, what would anyone who's experienced in web flipping kindly advise?

Without meaning to bump my own thread, could anyone offer any tips or answers.

Just to clarify, obviously writing anuva 500 artcles + 70 odd web pages is a mission, but could someone tell us what sort of price I should be looking at with 1000 up on a 100 page site,
