Suppose I got 50 $ from someone and I transferred to some one else all 50 $ now I have 0 $. Not the person charge back , what will happen , my transaction will also be reversed or I will have negative balance ? All this happens when I am not verified in PAYPAL .
Both cases are possible.. if maybe the person u send can prove that he has shipped the item than ur balance will be negative
No megamania , lemme explain again A buyer (User A) send me a seller (User B) 50 $ Now I (User B) transfers to (User C) because he is my frnd Now (User A) chargeback and succeeds. So will I have negative balance or the transaction I have made to (USER C) will also be reversed ?
It will be negative and if you are linked to a bank account they will transfer the 50 bucks from your account to Paypal. In order to screw the people, you should charge the 50 bucks, immediately transfer them to your bank account while the buyer is waiting and once the money in your bank account (3-4 days), cancel your paypal account and you get the 50 bucks, no matter the chargeback. Time is of the essence here... I have lost some much money with paypal that I now know the tricks that scammers use with Paypal. Remember, if you are in the honest side of a transaction with Paypal, you will lose...
Yea thats what i am saying If u have sent the payment as service to C than paypal will reverse the transcation but incase its good than C can provide Shipping details than paypal investiagates and decides whether to reverse it or keep it. If they dont reverse ur balance goes to Minus.
You will get negative balance in most cases, I know because its happened to me alot, Some people paied with fraud payments so I transfered before paypal was informed and managed to get the money, But my other account now has -Negative money, So techincally I owe paypal.
