    I read on the adsense website that you need a privacy ploicy page to warn about cookies now..and it must be displayed on all paged showing adsense, have you guys heard this?

    Yes you might get banned, it is a clear violation of
    TOS - you might get a "Stop serving ads on this site.....
    you account remains active" e-mail or a banned e-mail.
    do you want to take a chance? just comply!

    It's spelled out explicitly in the Adsense Terms and Conditions, which presumably you've read, right? How can you miss this:

    @SugarUK: my understanding is that you don't have to have the privacy policy written on every page, as long as you have an easily visible link to the privacy policy on every page.

    Why, just last night I wrote the Privacy Policy for my new site Period Dramas.com. I've added a link to it in the auto-generated footer, so that it appears on every page on the site. :D

    Nicholas, that Privacy-Policy generator looks ideal; if only I'd come here yesterday! :rolleyes: Thanks anyway for the link.
