    Hey,

I shipped an item from Texas to a customer in Maine and the customer had just sent me an inquiry as to why the product was shipped from Texas to Montana, the complete opposite direction - and is still in route.

    EARTH CITY,
    MO, US 10/28/2008 5:46 P.M. ARRIVAL SCAN
    MESQUITE,
    TX, US 10/28/2008 7:16 A.M. DEPARTURE SCAN
    	10/28/2008 3:20 A.M. ARRIVAL SCAN
    AUSTIN,

    	10/27/2008 8:44 P.M. ORIGIN SCAN
    US 10/27/2008 5:02 P.M. BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

    Code (markup):
Hope you see what I mean, why would it go from TX to MO, the opposite side of Maine. Maybe plane transport?

    What shipping company you use?
IMO,this is due to the shipping company fault.
You can try to contact your shipping company for clarification

Hi! have you contacted the shipping company you used? I think it's a mistake on their part.
