    Hi,
    Im a pro. Wordpress PSD designer. i hv been making complex designs for my clients based on wordpress.
    Now im tryin to learn that how to convert it to CSS and XHtml and make them wordpress themes. i have no knowledge of PHP and CSS coding.
    Could anyone please guide me? any help from scratch would be highly appreciated.:)

    Download the "Naked Theme", which is a blank default wordpress theme with the basic layout, and then style it

    Well, if you are a pro. wordpress theme designer and also want to code your own themes and do that for money, then there is no escaping learning html / css.
    I recommend you buy a few good books on html and css or go to w3schools.com, after you learn html and css (and some basics of php) then you can start to mess around with coding wordpress themes.

    really i dont recommend this site this no related to w3.org and use tables in layout
    this all it have really good domian to cheat us

    Yes, it does use tables for layout, but I still think is has good info on html basics. That and I don't know any other sites that cover the basics :) Books are better anyway IMHO.

    Who cares if they use tables. I code CSS div based layouts, and I still recommend W3Schools to people because of their good quality content.

    You can either learn CSS and PHP, or go into partnership with somebody wherby you do the designs and somebody else codes it for you, but if you can learn both you have the ability to charge some serious dollars I guess.

    Yep im working on a partnership with my fellow coder, but it will be better for me, if ill be the coder as well.
    so have to learn it anyhow. wanna be an all rounder.
