i have old site about toilet papers (very good niche, not all the time). and i just launched a new site about (POLITICS, its hot topic now) .. never tried this topic with adsense. Anyway, see the earning with the attachment : so . toiletpapers sucks, and politics rocks
Politics is probably paying higher than normal rates right now. Don't expect this to last past the election. Also, four clicks is too small of a sample size to get an accurate representation of click data.
4 clicks and it was just the beginning of the day. i get more clicks (don't worry), i get with the politics site 200 - 350 unique visitors per day, still new site and needs lot of work. yes i agree, after the election will be no more paying high, but you never know. my point is when you run several sites with different niches and topics, its become so interesting with clicks and earning, whats pays more, what is less, etc.
Agreed. I have some yellowpages sites and the initial excitement of high eCPM never turned out to last.
i agree, after election politics topics will be out..so dont xpect for it to last..you can find high paying keywords in my blog. so you can select what niche you will be concentrating on.. http://financehlp.blogspot.com . but hey im amaze about toilet papers.
with canadian election being just gone (5 more years of Harper ) and US election knocking at the door, politics is a hot topic now. lot of advertisers would be targeting this niche for the time being. next year will probably be whole different story but will see
There will always be people interested, but the peak is now, and the decline starts Wednesday. Of course, some people will want to "talk about the winner." I find politics too depressing , and lost interest long before the election.
