Forwarding Domain

    I have a debatable question.

Does a forwarded or masked domain benefit from directory and article submission? OR does the domain that it gets forwarded to benefit more.

I say the forwarded domain benefits since the backlinks show direct to the forwarded domain.
However if you submit and it forward to another domain which is already in the directory it will not get approved right?
It should be OK for articles though?

    Thanks

I use domain forwarding for direct linking with article marketing. Most article directories don't accept affiliate links but they do allow domain forwarding.

    good question.

I would use masked domain rather than forwarded.

are you doing this for affiliate promotion?

The domain that's the final target for forwarding get benefit for links to domain being forwarded. Many SB sites use 301 redirection to actual stories and PR is passed (when these links are dofollow).
