    i said most of publishers anyway since i started to use adsense in 2007 i always get PIP 23 or 24 then payment issued on 25:D

    the record was in august, it reached august 30 for Western Union payments but the PIP happened in the 23. LOL last year, PIP on the 23rd means payout by 24.
