Selling Site With Great Traffic

    Ok here it is
    I have this site RatRodWorld.net

    Here is the analytics report:

    The first day the site was live it got 40 visits. That was Sept 18th.

    This site has recieved 877 UNIQUE visitors since then.

    So it's average is nearly 24 visits a day.

    60% of the traffic is organic traffic from google.

    40% is from article directories and other referring sites.

    None of the traffic has been paid for.

    It is monetized with adsense and ebay partner network.

    The site hasn't made much $ yet only around $20, but the traffic is really good and consistant for a 1 month old website.

    The site is totally unique with its article content and as you can see the bounce rate is only 45% and the average time on the site is 2:33 which is GREAT!

    I don't really know how to monetize this site so I am selling it.

    Not sure what I am setting BIN at yet so shoot me some offers.

    60 Visits so far today, this is great traffic for a new site.

    Keywords are high search low competition so its a great site to build around.

    The $250 BIN is a great deal in my opinion.

    If it dosen't sell I will keep it because it is getting good traffic and I have some ideas for the site now.
