Are any of the websites you are pointing to engaging in any blackhat techniques or link farms? If so, it could hurt you.

I don't think so its a new blog I will provide the url here
    http://hdi-start-blogging.blogspot.com/

what am saying is that maybe outbound links cause the PR to drop to an extent that the page is de-indexed

having lots of outbound links won't be the reason for unindexing. But i see that it not ideal to have tons of outbound links. still i think you have to go thru a small research for unindexing

    Hi,
Well, that's your place, therefor the links to point out from your blog will be considered by the SE's.

Now, to the question - it will hurt only if you point o very bad places, if you point lot of them it will be even worse.

As long you point to quality links, nothing you should worry - in the worst case use tag NoFollow.

Yes, having more than 15 outbound links to your blog really hurt you.

    Beware!

I think I found out whats the probe,

I used to have more than 3 links to this blog from other websites
I removed some of them and now I only have 2
I think google need at least 3 to index a site

    *Facepalm*

I really hope that was sarcasm.

Outbound links will not hurt your site in any way provided you've not been selling links. Sure, some of your PageRank will "leak" away to the sites you link to, but you can always tag them with NoFollow to preserve this.

It's likely Google is just shuffling things around, your site is not exactly high quality so therefore has a very low trust rating with the big G at the moment. You'll probably find that your site will be back in the index within a day or two, so don't worry. Just keep on adding content like normal. :)

Try no following the links. It may help retain some of your link juice(if already have any) Good luck.:)

yeah thats what i was gonna say ehubert. but the "juice" retention shouldn't have anything to do with unindexing of sites....

Any outbound link will hurt your Google PR calculations. If possible use the NoFollow attribute

Some out bound links actually seem to help as they can associate you with other high quality blogs and websites. I often link to websites in my niche with good anchor text relevant to my post or website. If I were you I would look in to the digiXmas article submitter and submit a unique fresh article to the many article directories available for free! Then you should consider looking into trackbacks as another source for incoming links.

Outbound links to sites like Wikipedia might help you as they are an authority site in Google's eyes. Outbound links through a 3rd party link exchange service hosted on your site can be damaging to your organic rankings.

with every outbound link you are loosing the PR of your webpage, in order to prevent that, you might want to use rel="nofollow"

PR is a trust factor not relater to serps. Look at the top 10 sites for any term. The # 1 guy hardly ever has the most pr.
