I want to start an online business and my budget is around 5000 dollar. I really don't know what to start. Can you give me some idea's of things that work and things I should not burn my hands on. My budget is for development and for marketing and everything else. Help wanten for idea's!
You say your budget is for development and marketing, my suggestion was going to be renting a dedi server and sell master reseller accounts for web hosting. Though this way can be costly if you aren't successful. Another investment is bux.to, though they have a long wait for payout (backlog) but if you don't mind waiting then you will be happy when you get paid. Hopefully others can give you more suggestions. But you'll have to wait for nearly half a year Though I know bux won't scam, I am not encouraging anyone to invest in it as they are saying bux new script will be released soon and if you wanna invest, invest after they release the new script. Anyhow, bux is sureshot profit if you are patient.
I'd suggest you to buying some sites. The standard rate of a site is 12x Monthly revenue, but can vary depending on the site. You could probably get back your money in a year, which is much better than investing in stock market.
Before you even get started, you need to equipped yourself with knowledge first. Do something that you really enjoy and then focus on it. Read up as many things as you can about internet marketing, e-commerce, online business, list building, and etc. From that, you should get a better picture on what you really want. try to start a website with hostgator.com. it wont cost much ( $150) and advertise your site for $850. Thats enough you can develop your site and make more and more money.
