Bux.to is paid to click program that pays it's members. I never used them, but I heard people get paid by them.
Yes, I think most people are getting paid now. That is why I wanted to know if it is good to pay for downline members? Do they actually click?

Yes the referrals to click and they will provide 95% active referrals. I bought around 15 and 14 of them is still active clicking but gradually some fade out. I have no idea if they will pay or not. I requested a payout on June but still under review. And i made in total of $80 since April 08. I just don't check and click the ads anymore.
I am a member at Bux.to and have been waiting on payment since May 05 and there is a lot of debate about the owner and his ethics. I also use about 12 other PTC sites and at least one of them is looking like a real winner (see link in sig) I just bought 5 referrals with my first payout from them and they are active in week one - Referrals 5, Referral Clicks 390 all in the first week.
