Ideal keyword density?

Some people say that 2%-3% is ok some say that 10%-15% is ok.

What do you think?

 

In my opinion around 5% to 7% is the right density.

 

Keyword what? Just write naturally and that's it....

Oh by the way, TEN PERCENT? Every TENTH word is supposed to be your keyword to make it ideal? Jeebus how gullible do you have to be.
