A div or float error ? Any help

I was trying to make the sidebars wider on my wordpress theme.
I wanted them to be 160 both. The problem is am not getting them to work :S
I changed wrapper,header and footer sizes didn`t work
making the content area smaller also didn`t work

Any help ?

It can be easily done by increasing the width of wrapper, sidebars. Thats the perfect process. But your code is somewhat busy, for which i can't see it clearly that I can tell you the exact thing to do. So if you can give me the theme, I can work it out for you.

 

Yes you have to make sure everything fits inside the wrapper DIV.

So make sure

Right Sidebar Width + Left Sidebar Width + Content Width = Wrapper Width

and remember width =

specified width + any left or right padding + any left or right margin + any left or right border
