Maybe your blog is not indexed by Search Engines specially by GOOGLE because search engines are great source of traffic
Try moving your ads around. I have a PR3 blogspot blog that averages 90 visitors a day and makes enough to cover another sites hosting every month after I made one placement change for Adsense.
My blog about the Volt is PR3, but the traffic is still pretty low. The blog is only a couple months old so making that PR that fast is pretty good. The point is, PR doesn't always equate to traffic. If you have a lot of competitors in that same area you'll still have a hard time getting traffic. Just keep plugging away with backlinks and have some patience.
Page Rank has nothing to do with Traffic. Stop thinking about your Page Rank, its really not important now. Instead of putting your efforts in Increasing PR, divert those efforts in increasing your traffic. PR doesn't bring money, Traffic does. With a high PR all you will be to do is get a few extra $$ when you sell the site. Now what you could do is promote dofollow links in comments on your blog. That would attract more visitors. And how can anyone guide you with Ad placements unless you show us the blog?

Do one thing go and join mobile communities and forums , water mark some good wallpapers and promote them . once visitors visit your site and see good quality stuff they will start visiting again . In mobile category first check do you have sufficient stuff to attract visitors again .
you might need better key words and a better niche but I didnt check ur blog but thats usualy what helps traffic pluss get more back links and that will help you most of all.

you might need some marketing. Just promote it at social bookmarking site, forums. you needs some amount of quality backlinks to get better result in google. Also, do some commenting on other people blog and include your link (not spam) so other people can visit your website. and.. do some quality post that attract your visitor. I myself have pr3 blog that received >300 unique visitor daily. But, as squat says, pr isn't related to your website traffic.
