    Where do the products come from, do you own them all, or are they from a dropshipper?

    I have MRR for all products, the new owner will have the resell rights. This is a new site so assume little to no traffic. At the same time want to highlight that there is a automatic script in the backend which generate xml file so products can be easily submitted to Google Base. And google Products site.

Yes, I can help you transfer the site to your host. Its 350 MB script so it may take a bit of time though. I hope you hav Cpanel hosting?
