    I've never really tried to monetize the site but had put Adsense Code in there a few months back for a few days made a few $ then removed as I made the site because I'm a Emma Fan :p

    Reason For Sale:
    Need some money for some other projects.

    Traffic Details:
    Majority of the traffic comes from Google Images, Yahoo and Google.

    Revenue:
    Never tried to monetize the site. But you can Generate revenue by Adsense Ads, Link Sales, Adbrite.

    What WP theme are you using? What is the licence?
    Where did you get the images from? What is the legal side of it? Can I use the images without fearing a knock-knock at my door by a lawyer?

    Why is the index page down? Is there a problem?

    How was the site promoted? Any illegal/b-hat activity?
