    Just telling us to check the sites keywords is not proof of how much traffic the site is getting. I don't care whether the site ranks first for a keyword that gets a million searches a month, until you prove that your actually getting this traffic (awstats, statcounter or anayltic etc screenshots) then I doubt anyone will be mad enough to pay $20k for it.

    Also checking the keywords won't show us revenue proof will it?

    It would be reasonable to do so if the revenue was higher. But with a price of 2 years revenue, I have to agree with you.

    I still don't see any revenue stats, and that's the important one. Your Alexa is 15,684,494, so it must be new content on an old domain to get the traffic you claim here, yet still have a bad Alexa.
