What I think is really weird is how many people are protesting against Obama's plan yet they didn't find anything wrong with receiving a $600 stimulus check in the mail. The only difference is that Obama's plan gives us money WE HAVE and Bush gave us money he BORROWED. That money will eventually have to be paid back with TAX PAYER DOLLARS. Can't the same "spreading the wealth" argument be made there as well?
That's not my point. My main point here is that everybody was happy about receiving a stimulus check.
